Pasture raised cornish broiler chickens. These whole chickens average 4 pounds to 6.5 pounds in weight. Our chickens lived their lives on pasture and were fed a corn-free, soy-free diet of barley and peas that is naturally non-gmo. They recieve no antibiotics ever.
