Tailgate Sandwiches with Real Ham!

Add the perfect hand sandwiches to your next sporting event with Tailgate Sandwiches!


1 pkg (12) of Hawaiian sweet rolls cut in half

1 lb of ham from a New Frontier Farms Ham

2 cups of finely shredded mozzarella cheese

1 stick of butter

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp minced dry onion

1/2 tbsp garlic powder


  1. Place bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Layer the ham and then the mozzarella cheese.

  3. Melt butter then add Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard.

  4. Put a spoonful of butter mixture on top of the cheese on each roll.

  5. Place the tops of the rolls on, pouring the rest of the butter mixture over the tops.

  6. Sprinkle tops with the sesame seeds, dry onion, and garlic powder.

  7. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
