This is spring in its softest, most delicate form. Our lilac jelly is made from lilac blossoms picked at peak bloom right here on our chemical-free farm. It has a light, sweet flavor with a gentle tartness from fresh-squeezed lemon juice—and just a whisper of floral, like a breeze through a blooming lilac bush.
 
It’s a paler jelly than our others, and a bit looser in texture—more like a soft set than a firm gel. We love how easily it spreads on toast or melts into warm biscuits. It’s beautiful spooned over pancakes or served with goat cheese and crackers for something a little fancy.
 
As with all of our flower jellies, we use no dyes, no flavorings—just real petals, lemon, sugar, and pectin, made with care in our farmhouse kitchen.
 
4 ounce jelly. Available for on-farm pickup or local delivery only. We cannot ship our jellies.
