Made from the sunshine-yellow petals of dandelions growing right in our unsprayed, chemical-free yard, this jelly is as cheerful as it looks. We pick each blossom by hand (usually with a little helper or two by my side), gently rinse them, and steep them to create a golden, lightly floral jelly that tastes like honey with a hint of citrus.
 
It’s made simply: dandelion petals, lemon juice, sugar, pectin—and zero added dyes, flavorings, or preservatives. Just clean, fresh ingredients and old-fashioned jelly-making, straight from our farmhouse kitchen.
 
This is a smooth, sweet jelly that’s perfect on toast, biscuits, pancakes, or paired with cheese and crackers. If you’ve never tried flower jelly before, this one’s a great place to start.
