This jelly is as special to us as spring itself. My son and I picked every single violet used in this batch on a sunny afternoon right from our yard—an area we’ve never sprayed with any chemicals, ever. Just clean, untouched earth and the first flowers of the season.
 
We steep the blossoms to bring out their color and delicate floral flavor, then add lemon juice (you’ll love the natural color shift!) and cook it down into a jelly that tastes like a pink Jolly Rancher—sweet, bright, and totally unique.
We don’t use any dyes or flavorings—just wildflowers, sugar, lemon, pectin, and a whole lot of love. It’s a limited, seasonal batch made right here in our farm kitchen.
